Water Damage - Securing Valuables:

Secure your valuables only if the property is safe to enter

Gather a pen and paper and secure a list of your valuables. If you are forced to leave the building, ensure you have pictures and notes of all property and their values. If anything is damaged or missing after the disaster, you will always have a copy and value of all assets.
