My children and I woke up to our home being flooded with water. With this, one thing led to another and other issues had arisen. I immediately panicked and wondered, "Am I going to be faced with another mold issue? Trying to get my Rental Agency to take this issue seriously (for the past 3 yers), they were very nonchalant about it. I'd been told everything from, “Nothing to worry about/ nothing a little bleach can't take care of/ it's not mold it's just a little musty smell and maybe the place needs to be aired out a bit”, etc. But there's absolutely nothing that can compare to amothers intuition. I prayed fervently to the Lord tosend professionals that were thorough and whowould be efficient in assessing this particular issue and that they'd be able to take care of it. I NEEDED a company that held integrity at a high standard. When I saw the DRIR!TE truck pulling up in front of my house, I felt a weight being lifted. And once Jeffrey and Oscar entered my home, I could see how committed they were to my concerns/setting my mind at ease.. they were also very personable and respectful. There was such a standard of teamwork, as well as professionalism. I mean these guys were so well coordinated, thorough and efficient!!. Seeing this, my heart and mind were definitely at ease. They handled my situation in such a professional manner and told me every step of the way, what they'd be doing. My prayers had been answered and when they were finished, I was very pleased with the work Jeffrey and Oscar had done. I can't thank you guys enough! TEAMWORK will always get my vote! No one really wants to be in a position to use a company like Dririte but if you are, this is the only company to use. They offered to be onsite within hours of event. Augi and Ethan, the 2 techs that came onsite were absolute professionals. They are incredibly polite and thorough. They took time to properly diagnose the damage and described with confidence the best plan of action. The techs and the lady that answered the phone are the kind of people most businesses can only dream of having as representatives. A sincere thank you for making a non-fun situation the best it could be.

I want to give a big shout-out to Jose, Erick, and Norbert. They were very professional, hardworking, and had excellent manners.They worked for about 10 hours till they left everything clean and neat.If you ever have the terrible necessity to hire a company to help you fix a significant water damage because someone “forgot” to seal the vents on your rooftop and the water comes into your brand new house, these guys are top-notch!

DriRite team are total professionals. The team was very respectful of our home and made sure to tent off their work space and clean up after themselves. The workers, Jose & Collin, notified us when they would arrive & when they arrived. They arrived on time and agreed to come in thru our garage so our dogs would not get out. We ask this because they were going to be here all day & we could not keep our dogs in the heat outside all day. They informed us what they were going to do and appeared to be very knowledgeable of what they were doing. I have used Dririte a few times and they are always professional on time and do good work. Today Ethan and chase cleaned my trusses to make sure we didn’t have any mold residue left. What a great company, with great employees. We had water pooling in our walk-in closet, from the wall. Ricky and Jose came that same night, at 9:30pm to begin the drying process. They were both so professional, helpful, and transparent, and I would choose them again in a heartbeat. The leak was coming from the AC unit and was repaired the next morning. Due to the speedy response of DriRite, specifically, Jose and Ricky, the area is dried with no signs of mold. Thank you again!

One Friday evening after returning home, our office in the house had flooded with 5 inches of water. After speaking with our plumber, Mike of Edenfield Plumbing, he suggested we call Dri Rite and gave me the contact information to one of their owners. That gentleman assured me someone was on the way and they were here within the hour of calling them. They also suggested Alvarez plumbing since my plumbers of choice weren't able to make it out in time. Jose Negron was out slightly after Alvarez plumbing had arrived and found the leak coming from an outdoor water spigot that had burst within the interior wall. Jose went on to assess the damage and got back to us with the cost to repair. That evening after negotiations, we had Norbert (also from Dri Rite) arrive with drying fans. Jose and Norbert then removed everything necessary and sealed the room off, and set out the fans to begin the drying process. We had requested that Jose be the one to come out and check the progress Monday morning since he was the original person to come out. He did come back out Monday morning and declared the walls were completely dry, then proceeded to break down his equipment and take the final payment. Jose, Norbert, and one other gentleman he had out with him the time of removal, were absolutely wonderful. They were very kind, considerate, communicative, and fast. I would certainly recommend using them again.

Great company! I had a fiber glass contamination in my home which was on every surface of my apartment and all of the items I owned. Because of this I was out of my home for a week. Before calling DriRite Tampa, I called a few other home restoration companies which didn’t seem eager to help me and took too long to get back to me about this timely issue.After being frustrated from waiting to hear back, I found DriRite in Gibsonton. When I called and spoke to Nachaliz, she understood how time sensitive the issue was and she was very quick to give me information and have someone come give an estimate and schedule the cleanup. She was very knowledgeable and helpful.When the day came to being, Jose and Ricky were on time, communicated very well and were very detailed in making sure that my home was clean and rid of fiber glass.This company and team made me feel confident that my home would be restored and they delivered excellent results. I have only good things to say about our experience with DriRite. When my 4 year old decided that the toilet was a toy on a Friday evening, causing it to overflow into the house, I knew I needed to contact a reliable remediation company right away. I’m so happy to say that company was DriRite. Special shout out to the employees that made our experience great—Jacob, Richard, Norbert, Rodrigo & Clayton. I also must mention that Jacob was extremely knowledgeable and helped explain the process of what was being done and answered all the questions I had and helped put my mind at ease during a very stressful evening. I couldn’t believe how strong Richard was, moving around those very heavy dehumidifiers; he also did a great job removing baseboards, carpet padding & more. Norbert was very polite & swiftly and properly removed all equipment from our home and let us know what to expect moving forward. Rodrigo was extremely professional, explained the process of taking photos for sketching & insurance purposes and Clayton kept in touch during the process to make sure important information was received for the insurance claim . Thank you to the whole team for providing an excellent example of how a company should treat their customers; you can tell they truly care about not only the customer but take pride in their quality of work. We had a slow leak at our house and had Dririte come out to assess the situation. Dririte was super responsive and sent Ricky over that same day. Ricky was awesome! Wow! This is the most thorough company I have worked with. We wanted to make sure there was no water damage in our house and they did a water test to isolate possible problem areas. Over a series of days they had different contractors come in to do various tests and every single one was very respectful, thorough and personable. I have had a lot of experience with repairs, remodeling and building. I have never worked with a company who takes as much pride with their services. Every technician, every visit (even 2 on a Saturday morning) was professional. They explained in detail the job, how long it would take, took care of all the scheduling, etc. every step of the way I was called and texted to confirm the work was done in time and was ready for the next step. I had a leak that went from my second floor to my first. The job itself took about a month. Every part of the job that Dririte performed was meticulous. Drywall repair, subfloor and mold mitigation and removal, enclosure removal, tile removal, sealing, drywall repair, painting. The only step they didn’t cover was plumbing and tile. I just wish they had the ability to cover all the services since they were so amazing every step of the way. I would recommend this company in a heart beat. They are truly the best at what they do. Every person who entered my home treated me and my home with care and respect. My husband and I have been dealing with an unfortunate window situation since December of 2020. Since we were still under warranty, our builder contacted DriRite to complete our rebuild. That had to be the only smart decision DRHorton made!DriRite contacted me directly to coordinate dates and times that worked best for ME...they even had Saturday availability! From the gentleman that came and did the water test to Carlos and Joel who did the rebuild; our experience with DriRite was very pleasant considering our circumstance. Carlos and Joel were on time, courteous, friendly, informative, professional and most importantly, their work ethic is impressive! Mattamy homes hired Dri Right to do warranty work on our home. They are awesome! Nachaliz in the office was courteous and professional and got us scheduled quickly. The technician who did the work, Heath arrived when we were told he would arrive. He fixed a hole in our dining room ceiling drywall and matched the “stucco” pattern and painted. He also painted some baseboards in our bathroom. We had no paint so he went to the painters working at building new homes in our neighborhood and got paint to do the job! He took care of our property by taping off plastic in the area he was working so sheetrock dust didn’t get anywhere even though the repair was probably only 6”. There was no paint spilled or unevenness in the paint he did on the baseboards. He cleaned up as well. The repair looks awesome as does the baseboards he painted. We’ve had so many other workers from other companies in our home for warranty work that have left huge messes behind and did not take the time to tarp off areas or even put adequate paint cloths down. Heath placed a canvas under his ladder to protect our floor from scratches and paint. Since we did not pay for the work done as it was under warranty I can not comment as to value. I am totally pleased with the work and customer service provided by Nachaliz and Heath and recommended Dri Right highly.

I didn't use their service but if I need to ever find a company I will use them. Everyone knows bBruce B Downs is a nightmare by the Sonny's BBQ to cross the intersection. The gentleman driving the dririte box truck stopped and allowed probably close to 6 or 7 cars to safely cross the intersection. Almost noone ever allows cars to cross there they block the intersection making it impossible. He ultimately caught the red light again when he was able to drive towards the light. Just wanted to let that driver know he is appreciated.

Christian from the Dririte Company of Tampa is the best contractor that I have ever worked with. My home developed cracks in the stucco which allowed water to leak into the house. Christian came out identified all the cracks, sealed them then painted the entire outside wall. He also repaired the drywall that had been damaged. He always confirmed his appointment and arrived on time. His workmanship was excellent, he followed all the COVID 19 regulations. He put on shoe coverings every time he entered my house. I worked with Tim and the DriRite team two years ago. Due to Chinese drywall in my home the job was massive, a complete gut and remodel. It was new electrical, HVAC, kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, etc. Tim was thorough and explained everything from beginning to end, so there were never any surprises. They finished the job weeks ahead of schedule and neither I nor any of my neighbors had a single complaint. The crew was amazing! The attention to every detail was superb! My home is perfect and two years later I have had no issues with any of the work DriRite completed. I have messaged Tim on several occasions during these two years for simple questions and his response is immediate. So, customer service before, during, and after is nothing short of excellent. Without any hesitation I would recommend DriRite for any home job.

Augi the technician came to our house and meticulously went over every step of the process, including very careful consideration and protection of all our belongings by expertly covering and sealing them, which was only overshadowed by the quality of his work that left zero mess (and no other contractor I've seen in 40 years can I claim this about). Augi further pointed out additional water leaking that wasn't visible with infrared (IR) camera scans, and immediately documented plus shared everything with management as well as the homebuilder for immediate addressing and warranty coverage. Cannot say enough good about Augi and his work or the company, given every visit to date has been exceptional.

Currently in the middle of a water damage clean up with DriRite Tampa/Gibsonton Ishmel called me after I had been anxious beyond belief and talked me through the process step by step. He was also more than willing to answer any and every question I had without making me feel like a burden. Later in the day Jose came out and Jose was incredible. When I tell you I was anxious about the whole thing I mean it. He explained to me everything he was doing, he was patient and professional and explained all the steps to me. We lease our home and after several rain storms this week a water spot appeared on the ceiling in the master bedroom. Upon notifying our leasing company they had Drerite come out within 24 hours. The service person Nose came and assessed the matter and received the ok from the Lessor to start to correct the problem. Jose was professional and knowledgeable. DriRite, Luis, and Chris, in particular, provided the best service I've had in years from anywhere, and it seems they were able to solve an odor issue that left others stumped for over 6 months!I'm so grateful that Chris was sent out. After trying several things, the builder and plumber were at a loss as to what could explain the odor in our master bathroom.Chris came in, really examined the issue and showed me what he found. He was very professional and I felt he truly cared about getting the issue resolved correctly, as if it were his house.The repair was a 2 day process and after he cleaned up, I think Chris left the space in better shape than it was when he came in! I hope I don't need services like this in the future, but I wouldn't use anyone else. Chris, I can't thank you enough, your concern and diligence made a huge difference to us!

Dririte is an exceptional company. I recently had the pleasure of being able to work with Christian from Dririte on a bathroom that had water damaged floors. Christian had his work cut out for him, but he took on the challenge head on. He was extremely professional the entire time. He also finished in less time than I anticipated. The quality of his work is beyond compare. He even made sure that all the new tile matched in color and lined up all the grout lines with the tile wasn't damaged. I would definitely recommend Christian with Dririte to family and friends and anybody that will listen.

Highly recommend DriRite! We had an upstairs shower leak that affected our kitchen area on two separate occasions. (Builder was trying to repair original leak) Augi was very professional and knowledgeable the three times he was out installing or picking up the drying equipment. Ishmael and his team did a great job doing the demo of our master bathroom. They were very knowledgeable, professional, polite and worked very clean. Unfortunately I do not have all of the technicians names that have been to my house, but they all deserve recognition for a job well done!

Our re-construction contractor, Christian (True Skills Home Improvement) was a true professional on the final reconstruction of my interior walls after remediation.He was fast, knowledgeable, and attentive to every detail. He even touched up spots that seemed like normal wear and tear within the room he was working in and returned it to move-in condition for us.I’d recommend him to anyone looking for interior work.

I had a pre-construction issue that warranted water remediation. I was prepared for drywall dust, loud talking throughout the day, and constant interruptions throughout the day to address "more finds". I was pleasantly surprised that none of that happened! Everyone was great, but special shout out to Christian and his right hand! The drywall work was PERFECT, and he salvaged my customized wall decal (though it was likely tougher for him than to just order a new one). He was sooooo respectful of the fact that I was on conference calls and made a concerted effort to keep the noise at a minimal level. I finished a conference call and peeked in on them and found him patiently waiting, as he stated that he didn't want to interrupt because he knew I had an important call. Quality, consideration, and customer service... I'm sold! Thank you guys!

I am using Dririte, currently. Christian and Esau are not normally on same work team. They ste professional, trustworthy, detail oriented , courteous, and just down to earth good people. The qualities I listed are very rare to find as it pertains to a company that has top do work in your home, but thise qualities are what you need.The two gentlemen are always punctual to my home. Christian always makes sure thre clean up to thorough and complete. I gave extremely bad allergies and problems with dust. I will be updating my review with pictures when the job is complete. I would highly recommend them for any project that you want fone right.

I used Dririte to take care of some water damage in my home. Dririte sent out Christian, a subcontractor from True Skills Home Improvement. He is PHENOMENAL! The work he did made it seems like nothing ever happened to our wall, which is amazing!! He also found some other areas that needed some touch ups and he went above and beyond to ensure everything was to his standard. He treats every home like it is his own. He is precise in his work. He is so kind and just makes you feel at ease that the work is being done correctly. I am so happy that Christian came to work on our house and if/when I need to use Dririte again, I will request for him to be sent to complete the work.

I am thoroughly impressed with the crew that Cristal with DriRite sent out to my home to do some follow up painting and restoration work on my patio! Cristal sent out, in my opinion, their best crew in Christian and Luis! Christian was efficient and thorough in his assessment of the job and took every possible detail to prep the job site so that the work performed would be done with extreme precision with no mess left behind. Christian noticed a few areas that needed to be re-prepped from the prior crew and took it upon himself to make sure the minor oversights were perfected to ensure customer satisfaction with the work performed. Christian was extremely personable and made sure to have a personal touch that is typically not seen now days! I have additional work to be finished up by DriRite in a different area and am requesting that they send Christian and Luis back since I know the work will be done with phenomenal precision! I have been amazed at how great of a job David and his team did restoring my home from an A/C backup. They did such a great job, I can’t even tell they replaced any drywall. They were professional, timely, compassionate and caring. I have many health issues and have to be extremely careful being exposed to any mold, and they made sure that that part of my was contained and blocked off with plastic from floor to ceiling and there were air filters systems going the whole time. David was such a pleasure to work with and made sure that everything was completed in a timely and safe manner. I will never use another company and will always come back to Dririte if I ever need them!
