One morning water appeared on the floor. It was some sort of leak. Water in the front room, the pantry, the kitchen and the dining room! We called for help and Dri-Rite came to the rescue right away. Damage was done, but they quickly found the source and stopped it from becoming worse.With the leak repaired, it was time to fix all the water damage. Dri-Rite sent Jose and Jesus, who worked tirelessly until they had rid our house of all the wet house bits. They did a great job, they were polite, they were friendly, and super clean.I thought we would have to tape up plastic all over and clean up a huge mess but they took care of all of that! No mess at all for me to clean! Not all heroes wear capes.

This company has absolutely stellar customer service. The empathy, respect and professionalism displayed by each person that has come to our home, or that I have spoken with on the phone, is unmatched. They have gone above and beyond to make this challenging time for our family go as smooth as possible.We had a leak from our main shower that caused mold on the base of the shared wall in our bedroom and water damage to the ceiling of our kitchen. Aaron came out first to assess the damage and find the cause of the leak. He explained everything as he went through the evaluation process. He was extremely efficient, respectful and informative. He answered all of my questions (there were a lot) calmly and assuredly which helped to ease my stress tremendously.A few days later, Chase and Jesus came out to set up the containment area and remove some of the tiles from the shower wall. Again, the crew was extremely respectful, very understanding of my concerns, and explained exactly what they were doing.Very early the next morning, it seemed to me that the machine running in the bathroom was heating up more than it should. I called the after hours line and they all worked hard to get a technician out to my house. Once I spoke with Ish, he arrived within a half hour and took care of the settings on the machine to ensure it would run properly. Again, Ish was super respectful and empathetic, just what I needed when having such high stress levels over this issue.With Nachaliz as the scheduler, coordination of crews and visits has been very smooth. She also went above and beyond, consulting with her project manager (Rob?) to help me further understand our issue so that we don’t face this problem again.You won’t find a better company to help you through this type of unexpected and stressful situation!

I cannot say enough about the professionalism from (excuse the capitalization) CHASE, RIGO, REISS, STAR, ESAU, AND PETER. Combined, they were tasked with tackling remediation jobs due to unfortunate sewage issues that resulted in moisture and flooding from shoddy construction from my home builder. They had to knock out 3 rooms upstairs and an entire living room ceiling. It was one of the most frustrating times of my life as we could not even fully move into our first new home. We were even displaced in a hotel at some point because of how much of our home was decommissioned. They were always 10000% respectful, professional, courteous, and as Reiss said, "treating your home like ours". They seem passionate about what they do and clearly take pride in it. All of them were always very positive and smiling during the job, but Esau especially has great communication and customer service skills. Our dry-wall and painter, (I feel terrible for forgetting his name, but he is 24 like I), put drywall up, textured, and went the extra mile to stay late to paint against the pressure of our homebuilder insanely fast. Our builder was being very unreasonable and if they saw how good of a job and how fast that all four rooms got done by only himself and his partner, they would've kept their mouths shut. On a separate issue, Chase and Reiss came by to tackle the mold in my attic. I appreciated not only their ability at their job, but their personable character and friendly personalities. They took a minute each time to check in on how I was doing and saw that I was in the military, asking for tips and a little knowledge shared back and forth. On their way out, they vacuumed not only the closet where they accessed the attic, but the entire loft and hallway area leading to it.The total remediation and rebuild took a total of about 10 whole days, not even including the days that reps had to come to assess the damage and/or setup air purifiers and dehumidifiers. From start to finish, everyone always answered the questions that I had and also made sure that I was informed on the plan of what was going on. Luckily this was all taken care of under my home builder's warranty, but I will absolutely recommend Dririte to friends and family if God forbid they need restoration services. Because of the men mentioned, they made a terrible and frustrating experience a bit easier to handle. They made a demolition look like nothing even happened!UPDATE: Esau saw that I had broken moving down boxes in my living room and went above and beyond to help us out by taking them for us. Just shows the care and pride he takes in his job!

I recently had a flood in my kitchen that soaked my flooring, cabinets, and drywall with water. My insurance company dispatched DriRite to provide emergency services to get the area dried out as quickly as possible while my claim was reviewed. Jacob came out and set up a huge, industrial-sized dehumidifer, as well as an air scrubber to get things under control. The air scrubber was extremely noisy, but the equipment definitely made a difference, both with the humidity and the air quality. Jacob was very polite and personable, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, without making me feel rushed. DriRite came by daily to check on the progress in drying out the kitchen, and provide updates to my insurance company. Once the level of moisure was reduced below a certain threshold, Jacob returned to pick up the equipment. Just as before, he was happy to answer all of my questions, and didn't make me feel rushed. Overall, it was a good experience dealing with DriRite, even given the unpleasant nature of the circumstances.

Two weeks after we closed on our new construction home we noticed a roof leak. My children and I woke up to our home being flooded with water. With this, one thing led to another and other issues had arisen. I immediately panicked and wondered, "Am I going to be faced with another mold issue? Trying to get my Rental Agency to take this issue seriously (for the past 3 yers), they were very nonchalant about it. I'd been told everything from, “Nothing to worry about/ nothing a little bleach can't take care of/ it's not mold it's just a little musty smell and maybe the place needs to be aired out a bit”, etc. But there's absolutely nothing that can compare to amothers intuition. I prayed fervently to the Lord tosend professionals that were thorough and whowould be efficient in assessing this particular issue and that they'd be able to take care of it. I NEEDED a company that held integrity at a high standard. When I saw the DRIR!TE truck pulling up in front of my house, I felt a weight being lifted. And once Jeffrey and Oscar entered my home, I could see how committed they were to my concerns/setting my mind at ease.. they were also very personable and respectful. There was such a standard of teamwork, as well as professionalism. I mean these guys were so well coordinated, thorough and efficient!!. Seeing this, my heart and mind were definitely at ease. No one really wants to be in a position to use a company like Dririte but if you are, this is the only company to use. They offered to be onsite within hours of event. Augi and Ethan, the 2 techs that came onsite were absolute professionals. They are incredibly polite and thorough. They took time to properly diagnose the damage and described with confidence the best plan of action. The techs and the lady that answered the phone are the kind of people most businesses can only dream of having as representatives. A sincere thank you for making a non-fun situation the best it could be.

I want to give a big shout-out to Jose, Erick, and Norbert. DriRite team are total professionals. The team was very respectful of our home and made sure to tent off their work space and clean up after themselves. The workers, Jose & Collin, notified us when they would arrive & when they arrived. They arrived on time and agreed to come in thru our garage so our dogs would not get out. We ask this because they were going to be here all day & we could not keep our dogs in the heat outside all day. They informed us what they were going to do and appeared to be very knowledgeable of what they were doing. What a great company, with great employees. We had water pooling in our walk-in closet, from the wall. Ricky and Jose came that same night, at 9:30pm to begin the drying process. They were both so professional, helpful, and transparent, and I would choose them again in a heartbeat. The leak was coming from the AC unit and was repaired the next morning. Due to the speedy response of DriRite, specifically, Jose and Ricky, the area is dried with no signs of mold. Thank you again!

One Friday evening after returning home, our office in the house had flooded with 5 inches of water. After speaking with our plumber, Mike of Edenfield Plumbing, he suggested we call Dri Rite and gave me the contact information to one of their owners. That gentleman assured me someone was on the way and they were here within the hour of calling them. They also suggested Alvarez plumbing since my plumbers of choice weren't able to make it out in time. Jose Negron was out slightly after Alvarez plumbing had arrived and found the leak coming from an outdoor water spigot that had burst within the interior wall. Jose went on to assess the damage and got back to us with the cost to repair. That evening after negotiations, we had Norbert (also from Dri Rite) arrive with drying fans. Jose and Norbert then removed everything necessary and sealed the room off, and set out the fans to begin the drying process. We had requested that Jose be the one to come out and check the progress Monday morning since he was the original person to come out. He did come back out Monday morning and declared the walls were completely dry, then proceeded to break down his equipment and take the final payment. Jose, Norbert, and one other gentleman he had out with him the time of removal, were absolutely wonderful. They were very kind, considerate, communicative, and fast. I would certainly recommend using them again.

Great company! I had a fiber glass contamination in my home which was on every surface of my apartment and all of the items I owned. Because of this I was out of my home for a week. Before calling DriRite Tampa, I called a few other home restoration companies which didn’t seem eager to help me and took too long to get back to me about this timely issue.After being frustrated from waiting to hear back, I found DriRite in Gibsonton. When I called and spoke to Nachaliz, she understood how time sensitive the issue was and she was very quick to give me information and have someone come give an estimate and schedule the cleanup.
